The largest park in downtown Toronto, Trinity Bellwoods spans an impressive 36 acres. While there are picnic tables and benches at the park, these disappear quickly and most people choose to just bring a blanket and picnic on the ground.
The park has a lot going on with baseball diamonds, tennis & volleyball courts, an off leash dog park, a playground, splash pad, and tobogganing, skating, and nordic skiing in the winter.
Accessing the park is simple thanks to the Queen Street West streetcar line to the south and Spadina Fort York line to the north of the park.
