Biography

It all started when I was dating the woman who would become my wife.

I spend the afternoon making a pot of beef bourguignon, in it in a thermos, picked her up from work, drove to Birds Hill Park and made fresh pasta on the side of the picnic table. That was the start of a lot of great picnics we went on together. Our engagement was also a picnic, on the side of the Red River Floodway.

So, it kind of makes sense that I'm excited about helping other people find picnic spots and get out to enjoy a great meal in nature.
