Description

Located in Kamloops on the shore of the South Thompson River, Pioneer Park is a Park with a difference - it has a off leash dog beach on the water. Here you'll find a popular destination for both dog owners and non dog owners alike, enjoying both the water and the plentiful green space in the surrounding park. Next to the park is also a boat launch if you want to spend some time cruising the river.

The park has benches and picnic tables for picnicking, washrooms with flush toilets, and a water fountain.
