Description

Located off the Trans Canada Highway on the western edge of the town, Canmore's visitor centre offers washrooms and a picnic area for travelers passing through town.

The visitor center also serves as parking lot and staging point for the Banff Legacy Trail, a mixed use walking and cycling path which connects Canmore and Banff. If you want to spend the night, Wapiti Campground is located directly south east of the visitors centre.
